A 360 booth is the fastest way to pull a crowd in a Las Vegas room. Guests step onto the platform, the arm sweeps a full circle while the camera rolls high speed, and a slow-motion clip with your music and intro card lands on their phone before they step down. We've run 360 booths at the Venetian for ServiceNow's Knowledge conference, at the Wynn for Salesforce during AWS re:Invent, at the Bellagio's Mayfair Supper Club, and at NBA Summer League.
We're based in Las Vegas. We never charge a travel fee, ever. The 360 platform hand-carries in, so there's no freight elevator to wait on. Setup takes an hour or less, which fits the tight load-in windows at Strip resorts and convention halls.

Lead Capture for Conference Sponsors
Lead capture and analytics are available as a custom-quoted upgrade on the 360, priced around your session length and capture type. You send us the fields your sales team needs (name, company, title, email, or anything else), guests fill them in as part of getting their video, and we deliver a clean CSV after the show.

We work regularly at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and Resorts World. At many convention venues, power is ordered through the official electrical provider, so include the 360's outlet in your order or tell us to plan for battery. Planning a pool party or outdoor reception? The 360 needs a flat surface within 10 feet of an outlet and temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees, so summer daytime events in Las Vegas usually belong indoors or in the evening.
