Can you provide a W-9, COI, and vendor agreement?

Yes. We provide all three as part of standard onboarding, and the COI names your venue as additional insured.

Can every photo carry our company branding?

Yes. Overlays, booth wraps, backdrops, the delivery microsite, and the message guests receive can all be branded to your event.

Can you run a booth at our after-party in a nightclub?

Yes. We work regularly at Omnia, XS, and Zouk, and we scope nightlife setups around their tight load-in windows and low light.

How do guests get their photos?

By text or email within seconds. Our facial recognition delivery means guests register once and receive every photo they appear in for the rest of the event.

How long does setup take?

An hour or less for any of our experiences, so we can be ready before your doors open even with a tight turnover between sessions.

How far in advance should we book?

At least two months, to allow time for printed items, design revisions, and custom branding.

When ServiceNow brought its Knowledge conference to the Venetian and Salesforce hosted a night at the Wynn during AWS re:Invent, both needed photo experiences that matched the scale of the event and carried their brand from the first frame to the last. That's the work we do every week in Las Vegas.

Whether it's a sales kickoff, an awards night, a holiday party, or a conference after-party, every experience is branded end to end, run by a trained attendant, and delivered to each guest's phone within seconds. We're a local Las Vegas photo booth rental company, so there's no travel fee and no out-of-town logistics.
