Built for the busiest show floors in the country

Las Vegas hosts some of the largest trade shows in the world, including CES, NAB Show, SEMA, Black Hat, and AWS re:Invent. Attendees cover miles of carpet a day and pass hundreds of booths offering the same giveaways. A professional headshot is something they need, cannot get from their phone, and will use on LinkedIn the same week. That makes your booth a destination instead of a pass-through.

Our team is based in Las Vegas, so the crew works to your show's move-in schedule rather than a flight schedule, and we already know how load-in works at the major halls and resort convention centers.

    • Roughly 40 attendees photographed per hour at each station
    • A photographer and a guest guide staff every station
    • Photos delivered by text or email, often before the guest leaves the booth

    What your booth needs

    • Floor space

As small as 6 x 6 ft for a tight inline booth, or up to 20 x 20 ft for an island booth setup with room for the queue.

    • Power

One standard 15 amp outlet, since only the lighting is plugged in and the camera runs on batteries. At Las Vegas convention venues, order that outlet through the show's official electrical provider before the advance order deadline to avoid on-site rates. With advance notice, the station can run fully on battery with no outlet at all.

    • Lighting

We bring controlled studio lighting, so bright show-floor lighting does not affect the result.

    • Setup

We arrive during exhibitor move-in and are ready before the floor opens.

    • Internet

Facial recognition delivery and the queue app run on our own connection, so we do not depend on convention center Wi-Fi.

    From line to LinkedIn

    1. Join the queue

Visitors scan a QR code at your booth and get a text when it is their turn, so they keep exploring your demos instead of standing in line.

    2. Get coached

Our guide fixes posture, chin angle, and expression so even the most camera-shy engineer looks sharp.

    3. Take the photo

We shoot several frames under studio light, and the guest chooses the one they like best.

    4. Receive it

Retouched on site and delivered by text or email with your branding and your lead capture form.
