View experienceProfessional headshots for Orlando conventions and resort conferences.
From the Orange County Convention Center to the resort ballrooms along International Drive, we set up a lit headshot studio, coach every attendee, retouch on site, and deliver the finished photo in minutes.

Orlando events tend to run longer than a single show day. Association meetings, medical conferences, and corporate kickoffs at resort properties often span three or four days with packed breakout schedules. A headshot station gives attendees something valuable to do between sessions, and it keeps traffic moving through your sponsor area all week instead of only during the opening reception.
On the trade show side, the Orange County Convention Center hosts shows like IAAPA Expo and the PGA Show. IAAPA Expo 2026 runs November 16 to 20 and expands into the OCCC West Building for the first time, which means more booths competing for the same attendees. A headshot station is a reason to stop.
Multi-day conferences spread demand across the week. Enter your attendee count, days, and hours, and we will recommend a setup.

Portraits made with the same lighting, coaching, and on-site finishing we bring into a sponsor lounge or an exhibitor booth.

Anywhere from 6 x 6 ft to 20 x 20 ft, so the station fits a narrow resort foyer or a full sponsor lounge.
A single 15 amp outlet runs the lighting, while the camera works off its own batteries. The OCCC and most resort hotels handle outlets through their in-house or show electrical contractor. With enough lead time, we can go completely cordless on battery.
We can open during breaks and close during general sessions so staffing matches attendee traffic.
The station uses controlled studio lighting and is designed for indoor spaces. For outdoor receptions, the station needs covered space protected from rain and heat.
The queue app and facial recognition delivery run on our own connection, not resort Wi-Fi.
Attendees scan a QR code between sessions and get a text when the station is ready, so no one misses a keynote.
Our guide sets posture and expression in under a minute.
