Two ways New York uses a headshot station

    On the show floor

The Javits Center hosts shows like the NRF Big Show and New York Comic Con, where attendees move fast and booth space costs a premium. A headshot station earns its square footage by giving visitors a reason to stop, wait, and hand over their contact details in exchange for a photo they will use.

    In the office

Many New York companies bring the station in-house for a team headshot day. Employees step out of a meeting, get coached and photographed in a few minutes, and return to their desk with a consistent, on-brand photo for the company directory, website, and LinkedIn.

    • One station can photograph about 40 employees in an hour
    • Two people per setup: one behind the camera, one managing the schedule
    • Compact footprint built for tight New York rooms

From meeting to profile photo in minutes

    1. Get your time slot

Employees or guests scan a QR code and receive a text when to head over, so no one waits in a hallway.

    2. Warm up with a pro

A quick coaching session on posture and expression before the first frame.

    3. Shoot in a matched setup

Identical lighting, background, and crop for every person, so the whole team looks consistent.

    4. Get the file

Retouched on site and delivered by text or email, sized for your company directory, website, and LinkedIn.

Getting set up in a New York building

    • Building access

Many Manhattan buildings require a certificate of insurance and a booked freight elevator before load-in. Send us your building's requirements and we will provide what they need.

    • Floor space

As small as 6 x 6 ft per station, so it fits in a conference room, lobby, or corner of an open office. Larger event spaces can go up to 20 x 20 ft.

    • Power

The camera is battery powered, so the only thing plugged in is the light, which needs one 15 amp outlet. For Javits Center shows, request that outlet in your advance electrical order. Need zero cords? Give us notice and we will bring battery power for the light too.

    • Timing

Office sessions can be scheduled in time blocks by department so no one waits more than a few minutes.

    • Internet

The queue app and facial recognition delivery run on our own connection, not the building Wi-Fi.
