Yes. We install the station inside exhibitor booths and sponsor areas there. Plan for one 15 amp outlet in your electrical order, or ask us about battery power ahead of time.

Will humidity affect how guests look in their photos?

It can, which is why we offer an on-site glam touch-up option. A stylist fixes shine and flyaways right before the photo so guests look as polished as they did when they left the hotel.

Can the station go on a terrace or by the pool?

Only with full cover. The station needs shade and protection from rain, and South Florida afternoon storms can move in fast, so we recommend an indoor backup space for any outdoor setup.

Do you run headshot days for offices in Brickell?

Yes. We set up in a conference room or lobby, schedule teams in time blocks, and keep lighting and background the same for everyone.

Do you travel to Fort Lauderdale and the rest of South Florida?

Yes. We cover Miami-Dade and Broward, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Doral, and Coral Gables.

How fast do guests have their headshot?

Facial recognition identifies each guest, and the edited photo is sent by text or email within minutes, usually before they leave your booth area.

Can we capture guest information for follow-up?

Yes. Guests can opt in when they receive their photo, and we hand you the contact list for your CRM once the event wraps.

Planning your Miami headshot station

Space
The station fits anywhere from a 6 x 6 ft corner of an inline booth to a 20 x 20 ft branded lounge.
Power
One 15 amp outlet powers the light, and the camera needs no outlet at all. At the Miami Beach Convention Center, add it to your exhibitor electrical order. With advance notice, we can run the entire station on battery.
Heat and humidity
The station belongs indoors or under full cover. Outdoor terraces and poolside receptions need shade, protection from rain, and a plan for afternoon storms.
Glam touch-ups
A stylist can refresh hair and makeup at the station so shine and frizz do not show up in the final photo.
Connectivity
Our queue app and facial recognition delivery run on our own network, so a crowded convention Wi-Fi signal does not slow delivery.
