We set up a lit headshot studio in your booth, lounge, or conference foyer, coach every guest, retouch on site, and deliver the finished photo before they head back to the show floor.
Built for creator, music, and industry crowds
The Anaheim Convention Center draws a mix of audiences you do not see at most convention cities. The NAMM Show brings musicians, artists, and music industry professionals. Natural Products Expo West brings founders and brand teams. WonderCon and VidCon bring creators and fans. Many of these attendees build their careers on how they present themselves online, and a professional headshot is something they will put to use right away.
The convention district is also a resort district. Hotels around the convention center and the Disneyland Resort host corporate conferences and sales meetings year round, and our station works in their ballroom foyers and sponsor lounges as well as on the show floor.

Setting up at the Anaheim Convention Center
Floor space
As small as 6 x 6 ft inside an inline booth, or up to 20 x 20 ft for a larger branded setup.
Power
Plan for one 15 amp outlet, used only by the lighting since the camera is battery operated. For shows at the Anaheim Convention Center, request it in your advance electrical order. For plaza setups or booths without power, a battery-only setup is available with advance notice.
Indoor setup
The station uses controlled studio lighting and is built for indoor spaces. Outdoor plaza activations need covered space.
Crowd flow
For fan and creator shows, we use the virtual queue so a long line does not spill into the aisle.
Internet
The queue app and facial recognition delivery run on our own connection, not convention center Wi-Fi.
