The Phoenix Convention Center spans three buildings downtown (North, South, and West), and a single show can split exhibitors, registration, and receptions across all of them, so we confirm the hall, the dock, and the distance to the nearest outlet before we build the kit. We plan installs around the realities of the building: pre-tested kits, documented power needs for the electrical order, a certificate of insurance filed early, and footprints that fit anything from a 10x10 inline booth to a sponsor lounge. Twenty minutes east, the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley resorts run a different rhythm: incentive trips, awards dinners, and galas in ballrooms and on lawns where the evening program matters as much as the daytime agenda. Then there's the heat. Our 360 booth needs temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees to run outdoors, so from late spring through early fall, outdoor activations move indoors or wait until after sunset. Planning for that early is the difference between a smooth night and a scramble.
