SAP Connect 2026 took over Las Vegas, spread across the Las Vegas Convention Center, Fontainebleau and Resorts World, and we got to be part of a cocktail event at Bar Zazu inside Resorts World. We brought our AI photo booth and turned a room full of HR pros into superheroes!
A Custom Superhero Layout
This year's SAP Connect was all about the Autonomous Enterprise, and for the HR crowd that meant Autonomous HCM. So we built a custom superhero layout around it. Guests stepped up to our slim ring light booth and walked away with a poster style AI portrait, branded for SAP SuccessFactors with the line "Unlock the power of Autonomous HCM."
The HR Superhero poster (Individual Edition) gave guests a cape and icons for AI, Talent, People and Leadership. Las Vegas 2050 (Team Edition) put the crew on a futuristic version of the Strip. Autonomous HCM Pioneers and HR Leader of the Future rounded out the lineup.
Why AI Works at a Corporate Event
A branded AI portrait is something people actually keep. It ties the photo to the message of the conference, so every share carries the theme, not just a logo in the corner. At a cocktail event, it also gives people an easy reason to grab a coworker and jump in together.
That's what makes a corporate event photo booth worth it. The photos keep working long after the last cocktail.
The Right Booth for the Room
Bar Zazu is all European inspired cocktails, tapas and immersive art on the walls. It's a spot where people come to hang out and talk, so the booth needed to feel like part of the night. Our slim ring light booth fit right into a lounge like that without taking over the room, and the AI did the heavy lifting.
Bring It to Your Next Event
Looking for an AI photo booth in Las Vegas, or a Resorts World photo booth for your next conference party, client dinner or hospitality suite? We're based in Las Vegas and travel nationwide, and we'd love to build a custom AI layout around your theme.
