URBNevents joined the Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association for its 79th Annual Convention at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas. The gathering brought industry professionals together for networking, education, and evening entertainment in one of the city’s premier resort settings.
For the event, URBNevents provided both a **Roaming Photo Booth** and a **Ring Light Photo Booth**, giving guests two distinct ways to capture and share memorable moments. The roaming booth allowed attendees to enjoy photos throughout the venue, while the ring light booth offered a dedicated, flattering photo experience during the after-dinner festivities.
Together, the two photo booth activations added an interactive entertainment element to the convention and encouraged guests to connect, engage, and create shareable content. The combination of mobile photo capture and a dedicated ring light station made the experience a strong fit for a professional conference and corporate event environment.
