At URBN Events, we pride ourselves on helping brands create unforgettable moments — and the Verizon 2024 Presidents Cabinet event at the stunning Grand Velas Los Cabos was no exception.
Set against the backdrop of sparkling waters and luxurious resort surroundings, this exclusive event was all about celebrating Verizon’s top performers in style. One of the biggest highlights? A custom Coconut Bar where guests received personalized, branded coconuts — the perfect tropical refreshment and Instagram-worthy moment.
To make the event even more dynamic, we provided not one but two unique photo experiences that had guests lining up for their turn. First up: our dual slow-motion video booth, complete with a leaf blower for that dramatic, wind-swept effect. Watching guests laugh, pose, and create fun, high-energy clips was one of our favorite parts of the evening.
We also brought in a fully customizable green screen Photo Booth, allowing attendees to select from a variety of vibrant backgrounds. Whether they wanted to be on a beach, in a bustling cityscape, or anywhere their imagination could take them — we made it happen.
Adding even more fun to the night, on-site caricature artists delighted guests with personalized sketches they could take home as keepsakes — a creative, interactive touch that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
