URBNevents was excited to participate in the **McNay Wedding Open House in San Antonio**, returning to the event for the first time in two years. Hosted at the McNay Art Museum, the open house gave couples and event professionals the opportunity to explore wedding inspiration, creative vendors, and interactive experiences in a distinctive museum setting.
For the event, URBNevents partnered with **Botanika** to create a polished activation featuring our **360 Video Booth** paired with a floral wall backdrop. The combination of immersive 360 video and elegant floral design created a visually striking experience that complemented the wedding-focused atmosphere of the event.
Guests were able to step onto the 360 platform, capture dynamic video content, and experience a modern wedding entertainment option firsthand. The activation showcased how a custom 360 booth can be incorporated into weddings, receptions, and luxury social events to create engaging, shareable moments for guests.
