The University of Texas at San Antonio celebrated its **50th anniversary at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts**, bringing together guests for an elegant evening honoring five decades of achievement, growth, and community impact. The event featured a polished pre-function experience, formal dinner, and lively after-party in one of San Antonio’s premier performing arts venues.
URBNevents provided two interactive photo experiences throughout the celebration. Guests were first welcomed by a **stationary video booth** positioned near a large custom balloon backdrop, creating a striking visual moment as attendees entered the event. Later in the evening, our **Roaming Photo Booth** moved throughout the after-party, capturing candid moments as guests enjoyed cocktails, desserts, and continued festivities.
By combining a dedicated video booth with a mobile roaming photo experience, URBNevents created multiple opportunities for guests to engage, capture memories, and share moments from the milestone celebration. The dual-booth setup provided a versatile entertainment solution that worked seamlessly across different areas and phases of the UTSA 50th Anniversary event.
